  26. Try MATLAB.  It's a hundred times better.  I have used CC.  I don't want to say
  27. it's junk.  But MATLAB is definitely better.  You may need basic MATLAB plus 
  28. CONTROL TOOLBOX to do the design more efficiently.  Good luck.
