- I'm trying to build a DC motor control circuit.
- I'd like to get the motors running from 0% to 100%.
-
- I'm considering running the motors with a pulses from a 555, using
- the 555's duty cycle to vary the speed.
-
- Being able to change the directon of the motors via a simple switch
- is important...
-
- I realize that there are chips available. Numbers anyone? TI manufactures
- one, as does National Semiconductor.. How easy are they to get, and
- how easy are they to control / wire / what external parts are
- required?
-
- Leads, sources, and schems are appreciated. thanks!
