  12.   Since we live in an area that gets quite warm in the summer,
  13. and we even have some days off in the spring and fall due to the
  14. heat (mid to high 90s F and nearly equal humidity) I would be
  15. amazed if all year school occurred. The voters here in Central
  16. Virginia are not likely to pass bond elections to retrofit the
  17. older schools with AC. (They hardly pass them any way).
