  19. (1) A SASE with two ounces postage or two IRC's;        
  20. and a blank 3.5" DD disk, OR

  22. (2) a donation of US$3 -- $5 if you also want
  23. a disk containing sources to DES, Lucifer, SHA,
  24. and other algorithms.

  27. I will be able to when I finish my "code-to-documentation"
  28. algorithm that dithers source code into documentation
  29. whose expression is protected under the first
  30. admendment of the U.S. Constitution.
