- Is there any software/hardware available which will encrypt data using
- block-chaining with public key cryptography? How slow is it compared
- to DES when using RSA or the NIST algorithm? I am not talking about
- key management but about encrypting entire documents and using the
- last block as a signature instead of first computing a message digest.
