  12. Ace Electronics makes their Micropro 8000 transmitter in a single-stick
  13. configuration.  It requires a different hand action to use single-stick,
  14. using the thumb and forefinger on the side of the stick instead of just
  15. resting the thumb on the top.  It's probably just convention and the
  16. availability of transmitters that makes single-stick such a rarity.  Our
  17. top aerobatic slope glider pilot switches back and forth between single-
  18. and double-stick using a modified Micropro with one three-axis and one
  19. two-axis stick.
