  17. There are the following, which are fairly close if not exact:
  18. R - standard, 90 mph (R is actually for radial, no speed rating means
  19.      a minimum of 90 mph)
  20. S - 112 mph, rare
  21. T - don't remember
  22. H - 130 mph
  23. V - 145 or 150 mph - I think this is somewhat specific to the tire in question
  24. Z - >150 mph, specific to tire manufacturer and tire.
