- I do quite a bit of short story writing, but find that writing it out long
- hand takes me too long. Maybe I am part of a spoiled younger generation
- that was raised with continual exposer to computers, but I find that my
- typing speed is much closer to the speed at which my brain formulates
- phrases, sentences and stories. I write something out in long hand if an
- idea occurs to me when I'm without my computer, but most of the time I
- find it frustrating to have to slow my thinking processes down to allow my
- hand to keep up.
