- I write long-hand occassionally, when I'm away from the terminal. I
- find that what gets written longhand usually is, as you said, very
- different from what I say on the terminal. Sometimes it's sparser,
- sometimes it seems much more rich. Either way, it's usually the
- leaping-off point for the style I'm trying to capture. Longhand
- doesn't always serve the purpose, but it is functionally different, for
- me at least, from typing.
