  10. I am a Board of Education member in a school district of 2200 children in rural
  11.  Michigan.  I am attempting to justify the introduction of a PC Communications
  12. package into our high school.  We are able to access a local university.
  13. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has recently undertaken a similar
  14. project.  A separate cost analysis will be done, but cost estimates my be helpf
  15. ul.  I am primarily concerned with:
  16.     1) Student uses
  17.     2) Faculty acceptance
  18.     3) Staff training required
  19.     4) Size of district and Budget 5) Number  of people required for maintenanc
  20. e 6)Amount of equipment on hand
