  12. Hi - I seem to remember hearing something about a change this year wherein
  13. mail order companies out of your state cannot collect sales tax for your
  14. state.

  16. Example: I, a CA resident, would pay no sales tax if I buy something mail
  17. order if that company is in any other state.
