  12.     Recently, a friend of mine had to go to a clinic for Immigration
  13. related health checkup. It was in San Francisco. He told that any of the
  14. approved clinics (there is a list of approved clinics for Immigration
  15. related health checkup) would not accept Health Insurance or checks. One 
  16. has to pay cash only. His insurance would have paid most of the money, if
  17. the clinic had accepted that. I was a little bit suspicious about this.

  19.     Can any clinic say that they will accept only cash? Does this kind
  20. of cash payment go accounted (for tax purposes)? Can this clinic say that
  21. they don't accept checks even if you show proper id like CA driver licence?
