- It seems to me what you want is the :EN. and :eEN. tags in Waterloo Script
- GML (Generalized Markup Language). The definition is as follows:

- "A footnote is that which comes at the bottom (foot) of something. An endnote
- is that which comes as the end of something. Endnotes are created in much the
- same way as footnotes. The :EN tag defines the start of the endnote text
- block, and the :eEN tag defines the end."

- You control the positioning of the endnotes by using the :ENDNOTES tag. Any
- already defined endnotes will be printed at that point in the document and
- endnote numbering will resume 1 for the first endnote defined thereafter. If
- you do not include an :ENDNOTES tag, SCRIPT will automatically print them at
- the end of your document.
