  13. package which arrived today is the apology for delay plus 60 day money-back
  14. guarantee for which, presumably, the clock starts ticking when _all
  15. reference materials_ have arrived.  Any speculation as to when that will
  16. happen: March 75, 19__?  More to the point, it appears that there are real
  17. problems with printer support.  Just how _complete_ and _polished_ is this
  18. realease, or is this a premature effort to keep subscribers from grumbling
  19. any further?
