  11. NB4 has finally made it across the East river to SJU (about 15 miles
  12. from NBI).  I have not yet even had the chance to put the disks into the
  13. drive.  But as someone else recently remarked on the list, the form
  14. letter that was included in the package a few weeks ago is no longer
  15. there.  That form letter contained two important statements:  (1) that
  16. the full documentation would be arriving ASAP (I said "important," not
  17. "reliable"), and (2) that the warranty period would not begin until the
  18. full documentation was received.  What does it mean that those of us at
  19. the end of the parade are not receiving this assurance?  Is NBI hedging
  20. its bets?  Are they giving up on documentation?  Are they out of form
  21. letters and can't afford more stationery?
