  13. Thank you, Hugh Agnew. I did indeed try again on reading your
  14. message, this time loading the Toshiba driver while in the
  15. Cyrillic mode AND with the text on the screen. This time, I got
  16. Cyrillic on paper on the first attempt, and I must say that I am
  17. very pleased with the high quality of the font.

  19. It appears that on the Toshiba the characters are downloaded one
  20. at a time as  required by the text. That makes for slow printing,
  21. but I suppose the decision to go that route came from the small
  22. download buffers used by some Toshiba models such as the
  23. ExpressWriter 311.
