  12. I checked again the possibilities of working with a Hebrew
  13. database in NBLINGUA Ibid.

  15. Browsing is still impossible (the Hebrew items are displayed
  16.   from left to right)

  18. Generating via automatic styles comes pretty close to an
  19. optimum (though you have to add LA=4,LR=0 in the formatting
  20. deltas, and erase quite many LA1 deltas), which is the good
  21. news.

  23. The bad news is that even if you select ASCII sorting, then
  24. abolish capitalization (all via the Utilities sub-screen),
  25. the initial characters in the Hebrew sentences get capitalized
  26. in all fields other than the title. This means a complete
  27. havoc, since capitalization in Hebrew is nonsense. What
  28. takes place is a barbaric replacement of a set of letters
  29. by another, a totally unrelated, set. I don't see how one
  30. could cancel that. NBI will have to take care of this
  31. capitalization issue, because it also affects regular files
  32. (if you leave AU on, you get the wrong characters at the
  33. beginning of sentences).
