  19.   I recommed CRUISE, which is also a cursor and key-repeat rate adjustment
  20. program.  I've used it on several different machines always with NB -- both NB
  21. 3.0, 3.1, and now 4.0, and it has never interfered, or been interfered with by
  22. the NB keyboard.  Obvious disadvantage: it's neither public nor shareware, but
  23. cost app. $40. -- check PC Connection.
