  27. Why not backup 3.1 etc just in case, and then go ahead? I'm not in
  28. line for v. 4, but after all that has happened the idea that others
  29. might have the thing in their hands and _not use it_ (wince gasp
  30. shudder boggle) is more than my nerves can take....!!
