- Actually, these questions are prompted by the group's exchanges about
- NB 4, but aren't about installation. I'm still using what I guess is
- a dinosaur, NB3 (with no supplemental programs like IBID). Given what
- appear to be programming and installation problems with NB4, I'm wondering
- what the reasons might be for upgrading if one hasn't already purchased
- the upgrade. First, what advantages is NB 4 supposed to have over NB3,
- if one isn't the type to want the lastest version for its own sake?
- Also, has anyone purchased the upgrade recently enough to remember
- what it cost? And does anyone have handy the 800 number for NBI (
- formerly Dragonfly, I guess)--the #, that is, for customer queries,
- in case that's not the same number for calling to see what became of
- one's upgrade? Thanks for information out there anyone can provide.
