  16. The question that I originally asked did not refer to new users.
  17. We have a procdure for new users, and we have a procedure for
  18. people who forget their password.  Precautiions are taken in
  19. in both cases..

  21. My question concerns one specific case:  the first time we come
  22. up with RACF we want to avoid having each user have to  change
  23. his password when he first logs on.
