  11. I am building an alternate Residence pack.  I used FDR COPY to copy my
  12. production res onto a test res volume.  I did not exclude the indexed
  13. vtoc dataset from the copy and I now have an indexed vtoc on my alternate
  14. res with a name 'SYS1.VTOCIX.MVSRS1'.  My alternate res is MVSRS2.  How can
  15. I delete this indexed vtoc so that I can define a new one called
  16. 'SYS1.VTOCIX.MVSRS2'?
