  13. Access hubs are sold with different configuration and different level
  14. of intelligence.  Some hubs have 12 RJ/45 ports with 1 AUI port to use
  15. with a backbone connection such as Fiber Optic.

  17. Hubs are sold with, for example: 8, 12, 20, 24, 32 RJ/45 ports.
  18. There are models available with BNC (coax) connectors, thin ethernet,
  19. Thick ethernet, AUI, RJ/45 connectors.  The choice is yours...if you
  20. have the money.  For example, IN CANADA, a 12 RJ/45 port HUB with 1
  21. AUI connector cost approx. $1,200.00.
