  15. C++ is a royalty product.  Digital pays royalties to a third party therefore
  16. we can not offer it as part of the CSLG Program at no charge.  The only
  17.  productsincluded in the CSLG (no charge) Program are those that Digital does
  18.  not pay
  19. royalties on.  You can order the traditional license through your Sales Rep.
  20. or DECdirect and will receive a 50% discount (Education Market Basket Discount).
