- I have recently acquired a GT40 (PDP11/05 + graphics hardware/vector
- display) and I'm now looking for a cross assembler. Ideally, I'd like
- to plug my Acorn Archimedes into the back, write/assemble on that, then
- download into the GT40. Of course, this means having the assembler
- source in C so that I can first compile that on the Arc.
-
- Does anyone know of where I can get a PDP11 assembler written in C?
-
- Also, anyone got any GT40 programs that I could have and run on this beast?
- (A few years ago, I saw a lunar lander running on the box, but I've
- been unable to track that down in our Computing Laboratory, I suspect our
- copy has been lost forever :-().
-
- Many Thanks.
