  11. Regardless of operating system or user environment one prefers, a PDP11 is a
  12. nice machine to use to learn programming.  Not coding that one can learn on
  13. any platform but programming where one has to make rationale (or irrationale)
  14. decisions about how resources are utilized and learn the techniques needed to
  15. write efficient software on any platform that you might later use.
