- Hello netlanders,

- I have a problem running an application from my HP Unix system on my VAXstation
- 3100 with Multinet 3.0 rev G.
- I have setup the security according to what the manuals tell me to do and
- defined a display using the follwing command:

- $ set display/create/transport=tcpip
- $ show display

- Device: WSA7: [super]
- Node: 0
- Transport: TCPIP
- Server: 0
- Screen: 0

- Also on the unix machine I have setup the environment variable DISPLAY:

- # export DISPLAY=vs3100:0.0

- When I run my application I get the following message:

- Xlib: connection to "vs3100:0.0" refused by server
- Xlib: Client is not authorized to acce
- ERROR open_xwindow: can't open display

- Has anyone got an idea to what is going wrong? Please help!
