- I see you are running Jnet V3.4. I'd strongly suggest upgrading to the
- current release.

- There is no danger of setting The external writer on every BITNET mail
- file. It is required by many MVS systems, and it makes no difference to
- other systems.

- PMDF should do this by default, too. Can we get this enhancement in the
- next release?
