- I already added the explanation to the "Other channels" chapter in response
- to your first note.

- The usual way sites get these channels is when they run CONFIGURE. It
- generates them automatically. However, this does leave sites upgrading an
- existing configuration in a spot, so the explanation is indeed useful to
- have.
