- For what it's worth, when I started at Clyde Digital back in '87, we
- spent some time trying to convince DEC to go along with something very
- similar to what you're talking about. We could never get any support
- from DEC, even when we pointed out that they have layered products
- that can crash the system when used together in the right (wrong)
- combination. Those products include SSU, DEC Test Manager, Terminal
- Fallback, and ACMS.
