  13. My wife and I recently discovered some potentially serious problems
  14. with our "not quite" 5 year old PULTE home.  The problems include
  15. rotting at the base of the bay window and chimney.

  17. We are interested in hearing from other PULTE home owners.  How old is
  18. your PULTE home?  Have you had any problems?  If you have found
  19. problems, how were they resolved?  Was PULTE cooperative or did you have
  20. to pay for the repairs yourself?
