  16. Some things to think about for tonight's meeting.

  18. In what order do we need to make decisions, such as:

  20. Who will provide the Internet connection?

  22. Where will the machine and communications equipment be located?

  24. Who should we ask to donate a machine?
  25.   Send out a general request for donations or ask a specific vendor?
  26.   (I have some ideas on this.)

  28. What software should we consider?

  30. What can we expect (should we ask for) in maintenance and support for the
  31. hardware/software?

  33. Should we try to get something in quickly and build a prototype system or
  34. should we wait until we have the funding to maintain the service (I think
  35. this is probably a good topic for discussion at the Sept. 22 meeting.)
