- It's worth noting that this is thought to be specific to tobacco grown in
- Virginia, in the tailings of local uranium mines ... which brings us back
- to the question of whether nuclear processing or reprocessing should be a
- default approach to redressing whatever imbalances we perceive in the world
- today.
