  20. ECO, the ECIX Newsletter, the ECIX Climate Digest, or Tiempo
  21. via ftp from igc.org.....

  23. Now available - the tables of contents ONLY for these publications
  24. so that you can scan them before retrieving the much larger complete
  25. files.

  27. All of these files are available via anonymous ftp from igc.org, or
  28. via email from ecixfiles@igc.apc.org.  I will be updating them as new
  29. issues are published.
