  19. I'm staking out the Pacific Union Club tonight.  Maybe, if I'm lucky,
  20. our mysterious Mr. X will pay the club a visit while I'm on watch.

  26. hard to get meat loaf like that for less than five bucks.

  31. No luck.  Same school of fish as always.  They show up around 8:00 PM
  32. at Grace Cathedral for some wine and crackers, stay there for about an
  33. hour and a half.  Then, they swagger across the street to the Masonic
  34. Hall for a couple hours of cheap beer, bagels and cream cheese, fat
  35. cigars and sexual harassment.  Finally, they stagger down the block
  36. just before midnight for a pint of blood and the virgin sacrifice at
  37. the Union Club, and stay 'til two or three whooping it up like Yale
  38. undergrads.

  40. No Mr. X, though -- for which I was supremely disappointed.  This guy
  41. is starting to really get into my shorts.
