  13.     Women systematically are payed less for doing the same job.

  15. Implication:
  16.     If managers could hire women to do the same quality job and
  17.     pay them less, they would only hire women.  They get the same
  18.     work done and for less cost!  Companies made up of only women
  19.     would dominate every marketplace with low costs.

  21. Contradiction:
  22.     This doesn't happen.

  24. Conclusion:
  25.     Women are not payed less for doing the same job.  They are
  26. payed less for doing a worse job, and payed more for doing a better job.
