- Took Robin on the train from Burntisland to Haymarket yesterday.

- At about South Gyle station, he asked: `Have we crossed the Forth
- Bridge?'

- For those who have not seen it, the Forth Bridge is one of the largest
- objects in Europe, and coloured red to boot. The train takes several
- minutes to cross it.
