  26. But Mr. Stevens doesn't believe himself that a fetus is a human being 
  27. with equivalent rights to a newborn baby.  After all, he is apparently
  28. willing to kill said fetus should it's father have commited the crime 
  29. of rape.  I don't know what he's fussing about, unless he's just trying
  30. to punish women for having sex.
