- Actually, Petie sweetie, my point was that the fact that Suzanne
- used the word "crucified" to refer to the justifiable tongue-lashing
- Christ gave those who debased His temple trivializes the agony and
- suffering He underwent in His death and spiritual separation from His
- Father. Glorification of crucifixion is hardly the issue. Let me
- guess--you were going to read the Bible, but you're anxious in case it's
- a piece of "hack writing"? :-)

- Christ's divinity does not preclude His humanity, and to suggest ot
- does again negates His suffering. His response in the temple was both
- human and divine--in righteous anger He drove out those who sold and
- overturned the tables of the money lenders, just as God himself burned
- with righteous anger at the sins and iniquities of His people.
