  41. I could be wrong, but my understanding of the case was she was
  42. prosecuted for procuring an abortion.  As far as I know it still
  43. is not illegal to withhold information from the authoritys.
  44. My understanding is that Ms. Wheeler was prosecuted for 
  45. procuring an abortion because she bravely refused to assist
  46. in prosecuting the doctor.
