- I could be wrong, but my understanding of the case was she was
- prosecuted for procuring an abortion. As far as I know it still
- is not illegal to withhold information from the authoritys.
- My understanding is that Ms. Wheeler was prosecuted for
- procuring an abortion because she bravely refused to assist
- in prosecuting the doctor.
