  26. When the official virus made a comment about Kate Michelman acting in
  27. a PMS rage or some such thing, and I pointed it out, he immediately
  28. retracted it.  I have no idea what prompted this lone moment of grace
  29. during the past 6 months, but it did happen.  Perhaps it was the
  30. exception to prove the rule that he is total vermin.

  36. Regardless of the obvious fact that the object of the insult deserves
  37. no apology, I *personally* would have apologized.  I would have done
  38. it as a demonstration that, although the official virus had somehow
  39. gotten me so pissed off that I had temporarily sunk to something even
  40. approaching his level, at least I regretted it.
