- I haven't been following the "aborting females" discussion as closely as
- I would've liked, so this may have been brought up already; if so, my
- apologies.

- The original poster seemed to think that aborting female fetuses because
- the parents wanted boys is somehow wrong. What if the parents are adopting
- instead? What if they turn down several perfectly fine young girls
- because they wanted to adopt a boy? Is this a different situation, and
- if so, how?
