  25. If by supporting the constitution you believe I support legislation I
  26. guess you could come to that conclusion.  It seems a bit far fetched
  27. to claim that if I support the constitution in that we should have
  28. no state religion that I support any pro or anti religious legislation 
  29. whatsoever.  Even if I make reference to it in overturning such laws.

  53. was appropriate or not nor of the "goodness" or "badness" of the law.
