  32. That's an unrelated issue.  If South Carolina law requires abortion
  33. providers to report to police alleged incest cases brought to them,
  34. then I suppose there's probably a penalty for failing to comply with
  35. that law.

  38. abortion providers have been spared punishment under this law because
  39. it wasn't enforced?
