- Abortion is one of the most unregulated activities in this state. Not a
- single one of the abortion clinics is licensed, and they do not have to
- submit to regular inspections the way restaurants, beauty parlors, etc. do.
- Nor do the abortionists have to carry any malpractice insurance.
