- Robertson??? Who's he? Was he the first one to note this general fact?
- In every class I've taught (and in the book I'm writing) I just call
- this the uncertainty principle (making no claims as to any historical
- justification for this name -- it just *should* be called the uncertainty
- principal). If it's due to some dude Robertson I'd like to give him
- credit -- even if Cauchy-Schwarz-Bunyakowski-etc-etc-etc deserve most
- of the credit, since it's an easy corollary of their inequality.
