  12. I'm looking for a copy of algorithm 702 from the March 1992 issue of 
  13. Transactions on Math Software to save a few pennies. Normally I order
  14. these things very promptly and put them on our server ftp.cso.uiuc.edu,
  15. whose TOMS collection is consequently much more up to date than the
  16. netlib's at Oak Ridge or AT&T. However, I missed 702 because of a snafu,
  17. and am wondering if some kind person would make it accessible before I 
  18. have to put in a $100 order.

  20. By the way, I'm aware that the truncated Newton method implemented in 
  21. algorithm 702 is available from netlib as TN, but for my own fussy 
  22. reasons I would like to have the exact version as distributed through
  23. TOMS.
