  31. Unforunately some good jokes never make it past the editors: One of
  32. the first papers on a practical use of the ideas in Baker's method for
  33. solving Diophantine equations was a paper in the journal of Number
  34. Theory by Don Lewis, and a whole bunch of others.  I was told (on good
  35. authority), that this paper was first submitted under the author name
  36. of "Ann Arbor, University of Michigan".  The editor was not amused,
  37. and insisted that the correct names be put on the paper.
