  13.     We need to know the refractive index of TEFLON at 86 GHz.

  15. This  is required for dielectric waveguide design. Info on absorption
  16. coefficient will also be very useful.

  18. Any pointers to relatively high-index dielectrics @ 70 - 100 GHz?
