  14. I'm trying to do a misex-integer non-linear optimization and the code
  15. keeps bombing on me.  I'm trying to use a weighted constraint violation
  16. to help point the way down certain branches of the binary tree that
  17. should, heuristically, have the optimum down them.

  19. Any ideas?  I'm currently using GAMS.
